Package holidays and travel assistance
Basic travel assistance insurance is only included when you book a package holiday combining at least two distinct travel services (for example, a train place plus flights, hotel, transfers or other add-ons). If you book a train place or any single service on its own, that is not a package holiday and assistance insurance is not a mandatory part of the booking. When it is included, we provide the policy terms; cover usually starts on the first day of the trip and ends on your return. As a travel agency we meet the solvency guarantee and information duties required by law, whether or not you take out assistance insurance.
