While we enjoy our first breakfast on board, the train will take us to Guardo, in Palencia. From here, we will go by bus to visit the Roman Villa of La Olmeda and its magnificent collection of mosaics, before discovering one of the best sets of Romanesque art in Europe in the Camino de Santiago, in the towns of Saldaña, Carrión de los Condes and Frómista, where we will have lunch. After visiting the impressive temple of San Martín, and the Canal de Castilla, we will go back to the train to rest before moving to Espinosa de los Monteros, beautiful village of Las Merindades burgalas, dinner and night in Espinosa.

While we have breakfast we will cross the incredible landscape of the Mena Valley to take to Bilbao. Visit of the city and its universally known Guggenheim museum. Free time, to end the trip at approximately 2:00 p.m.
