Begin your day savoring the French breakfast served in your cabin and enjoying the scenery as the train makes its way to Romania.
At noon you will enjoy a delicious brunch in the restaurant cars as we approach the mountain town of Sinaia.
Upon arrival we will travel by coach to discover the fascinating Peles Castle, now a museum, which was built as a summer residence for King Charles I of Romania.
This excursion is historical, since, in October 1883, the first passengers of the Orient Express were invited by the King to dine in this beautiful residence.
The recommendation for this day is to wear comfortable shoes and a sweater.
At the end of the tour we will return to the train to continue to Bucharest.
Upon arrival, our local guides will escort you to your hotel. And, later, you will enjoy a dinner with musical entertainment in a private room.
